Custom software for administrative and planning work
When data is entered more than once, or work is coordinated across spreadsheets and emails, a small application can make more sense than another manual step. I start by working out which problem actually needs solving.

What I build
Internal portals
Applications through which staff, partners or applicants submit and retrieve data and documents in one place.
Document workflows
Processes in which documents come in, get checked, are passed on and are filed.
Planning systems
Applications for staff, room or teaching schedules that show conflicts before someone misses them.
Integrations
Connections to the systems you already run, so data does not have to be entered a second time.
Examples
In production since 2025
A funding portal used by 718 organisations
A Laravel portal through which organisations submit documents to a funding programme in Baden-Württemberg. Developed as part of my employment at ISG.

A staff planning app for a kindergarten
The team at a kindergarten in Bavaria uses it to see who is on duty and record changes. The team is testing the app.
Prototype in testing
Teaching plans without missed conflicts
A web application that checks teaching assignments and suggests allocations.
Before development begins
Not every workflow needs custom software. I start by looking at how the work is done today and what a new application would actually need to solve.
If the requirements are still unclear, a separate workflow assessment can help. We agree its scope and cost beforehand. You then receive a written assessment and, where development makes sense, a specific proposal.

Tell me about your project
Do you want to modernise an existing application or simplify an internal workflow with software? Describe briefly what it is about, and I will get back to you personally.
