Protecting your personal data is important to me. This website was designed to collect as little personal data as possible. No cookies are set and no tracking services are integrated.

All fonts and assets are self-hosted. No external CDNs, Google Fonts, or other third-party resources that could transmit your IP address to third parties are loaded.

Communication between your browser and this website is exclusively encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3). As infrastructure providers, I use Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting), Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN, DDoS protection, tunnel), and Microsoft 365 (email infrastructure). These providers are engaged as processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Hosting

This website is delivered via a Node.js application server. Static pages are pre-rendered; the /api/contact endpoint is processed server-side. The hosting provider is:

The hosting provider collects the following data in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits:

• IP address of the accessing computer
• Date and time of the request
• Name and URL of the file retrieved
• Amount of data transferred
• Browser type and version
• Operating system

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The hosting provider has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of its systems.

4. Contact Form

If you use the contact form on this website, your details (name, email address, company, position, message) are transmitted for the purpose of processing your inquiry. The data is transmitted via the Microsoft Graph API to the Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) mailbox infrastructure and stored in the inbox of kontakt@current56.de. Microsoft Corporation acts as a processor in this regard pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR; a data processing agreement is included via the Microsoft Customer Agreement (Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum).

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry). Microsoft Corporation is headquartered in the USA. The transfer of personal data is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed, at the latest twelve months after the last contact, unless legal retention obligations apply.

5. Cloudflare (CDN and Security Services)

This website uses services provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare provides Content Delivery Network (CDN), DDoS protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF), and tunnel infrastructure (Zero Trust Tunnel). In doing so, IP addresses and request metadata are processed by Cloudflare.

Cloudflare is a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the EU Commission of 10 July 2023) and the Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
