Dispute resolution

I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). As a business with fewer than ten employees I am exempt from the information obligation under § 36 (1) no. 1 VSBG (§ 36 (3) VSBG).

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued with effect from 20 July 2025.
