I am not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 VSBG). As a business with fewer than ten employees, I am exempt from the disclosure requirement under Section 36(1) No. 1 VSBG (Section 36(3) VSBG).

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued effective 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228).
