Staff and teaching schedules live in Excel. Nobody sees the double-bookings there.

A board assigns groups to people by drag and drop. Double-bookings appear at once, the hours update live, and for a whole period a solver works out a fair proposal.

The plan hangs on the wall. Everything else runs through a WhatsApp group.

One app replaces both. The team plans the day in a few steps, and one tap produces the finished sheet. Usable even by a 67-year-old colleague with no technical background.

Recurring manual work like checking, forwarding and filing is handled by a system, connected to the tools you already run. I use AI where it measurably removes work.

An honest assessment before anything is built.

Not every process needs its own software. If an off-the-shelf tool is enough, I will tell you. You decide with numbers, not a guess.

What happens if I am no longer around one day? That is why your operation is secured from the start, not only at the end.

A roles-and-permissions model, logging, tested backups and monitoring are part of the project, not a later phase.
