What's slowing your team down every day: I build software that fixes it.

No off-the-shelf platform, no agency overhead. You talk directly to the person writing your code.

Three daily time sinks. And how software solves them.

These tasks run by hand today, every day. I build software that takes them over, on your infrastructure or in the EU, GDPR-compliant.

Call handling

The phone rings, nobody's free.

A voice system answers every call, handles standard questions, captures the request, and books appointments or routes to the right person. Evenings and weekends too.

No call goes unanswered.

From August 2026, the EU AI Act requires systems like this to disclose they're AI. That's built in from day one.

Call Voice system Appointment booked Routed Note in CRM
Email & inquiries

Inquiries pile up in the inbox and get answered too late.

Emails and forms get read, classified, and routed to the right place, with a drafted reply ready. Recurring questions get answered by the system itself; everything else lands, prioritized, with the right person.

Every inquiry seen. In minutes, not days.

Email Triage Sales Support Accounting
Invoices & receipts

Invoices and documents get checked and passed along by hand.

Documents get captured, checked, and processed in the right format automatically, including e-invoicing (ZUGFeRD, XRechnung). The right people get notified, everything gets archived audit-proof.

From inbox to archive with no manual step.

Germany's e-invoicing mandate phases in through 2028. The system is built for it.

Three areas, one point of contact.

Whether it's AI automation, custom software, or figuring out what's actually worth doing: you have one point of contact. The person who builds it, too.

All services in detail
01

AI Automation

Voice agents, inquiry triage, automated billing: recurring workflows run themselves by tomorrow, either on your infrastructure or in the EU cloud, always with your data.

Outcome: workflows that run without manual work
02

Custom Software Development

When off-the-shelf software doesn't fit, I build the application that fits your process, from the first version to production. One platform I built is in use by 700+ users today.

Outcome: software that fits your process
03

IT Consulting & Integration

Which tools fit, what's worth it, how does it connect securely? I assess, plan, and integrate into your existing IT. GDPR and the EU AI Act are considered from the start.

Outcome: a clear, secure plan
From the field

Built and in production.

One reference project in production, one product of my own close to launch. Concrete results, not demo environments.

Reference project

Data portal for a state funding program

As a working student at ISG GmbH, I independently built the portal for a state funding program (ESF Plus Baden-Württemberg) and brought it into production in 2025. Grant recipients upload files by drag and drop; everything else runs automatically: checking, processing, notifying. My employer later commercialized the project for around €500,000.

Automatically finding relevant tenders

Solves: manual searching across procurement portals

A product of my own, close to launch: automatically finds, scores, and prioritizes relevant public tenders from EU sources and over 100 German procurement portals.

The first step costs you nothing but 30 minutes.

Here's what happens before anything becomes binding.

  1. Free initial call

30 minutes, no obligation. You describe the situation, I listen, and tell you honestly whether I can help.

  2. Written proposal

A non-binding estimate of scope, timeline, and cost, with no flat fee and no hidden items.

  3. Handover, no lock-in

In the end, your team runs it independently. No dependency on me.

About me

You talk to the person who builds your solution, too.

8 years of IT experience, several of them building software for the public sector. As a working student at ISG GmbH, I built a data portal for a state funding program that over 700 users rely on today: they upload files, the system validates, processes, and notifies. My employer later commercialized the project for around €500,000. Since 2022, I've been building software that takes on specific tasks, from document search to invoice processing.

"Your team should be able to run this themselves in the end, not me."

Which tool fits depends on your situation. I look at what's actually running for you and recommend what makes sense. Whether it's an existing tool or a system of your own: you keep control of your data and processes.

Before the first call

What does a project cost?

It depends on scope. A clearly scoped software component is different from a full application. In the first call, you get a transparent estimate of effort, cost, and the right model. No flat fees, no hidden items.

I'm not sure this is worth it for my company.

That's exactly what the first call is for. We look together at where you're losing time and whether custom software solves it. Not every task needs its own system, and I'll tell you that too.

Do you build individual solutions, or only larger systems?

Both. Often a clearly scoped component is the most sensible starting point: a voice system for call handling, or inquiry routing. That brings relief quickly and can be extended later.

How does a collaboration work?

It starts with a short look at your situation: where you're losing time, which tools are already running, where the quickest wins are. After that, you'll know whether it's worth working together and where to start. Implementation follows iteratively, with clear results at each step.

Do you work alone or with a team?

I work as an independent developer and integrator, directly with you. You talk directly to the person doing the work. For larger implementations, I work with a fixed network of experienced specialists.

What about data protection and GDPR?

Data protection is part of every solution from the start. Depending on the requirement, I work with on-premise systems, EU cloud services, or vetted SaaS tools. On request, everything stays on your infrastructure or in the EU, with no detour through US services. I'm not a data protection officer; for legal questions, I coordinate with yours.

Do I need to understand technology to work with you?

No. I explain everything so you can make informed decisions without a technical background. In the first call, we talk about your situation, not about technology.

Can you help with the EU AI Act?

Yes, on the technical side. The first obligations have applied since February 2025 (including AI literacy), and the transparency rules take effect from August 2026 — an AI voice agent, for example, will then need to disclose that it's AI. I help with technical classification, risk assessment, and documentation. I'm not a lawyer or a data protection officer, but I support your internal DPO or legal advisor.

Next step

Let's clarify in a short call whether this makes sense for your situation.

You describe where you stand. I listen and tell you honestly whether and how I can help.
